Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to: Warehouse/Internal Logistics SupervisorThe work model for the role is: Onsite, Jonesboro, ArkansasThis position works 10 hour shifts Monday - Thursday, with OT as needed to meet customer demand.**This is a Safety Sensitive position under the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment of 2016.Your role and responsibilities:· Reads work order or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.· Opens containers.· Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.· Loads materials into vehicles and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit..Other duties as assignedQualifications for the role:· Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)· Ability to learn, understand and follow company requirements for employee safety, product quality and productivity.· Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Note: Candidates must have a work authorization that permits them to work for ABB in the U.S. (Include on postings for roles that will not offer sponsorship).Why ABB?ABB Installation Products Division (formerly Thomas&Betts), helps manage the connection, protection and distribution of electrical power from source to socket.
