Our supportive and collaborative environment encourages bold ambitions and continuous learning so that everyone can grow and thrive.Quality Coordinator 3rd Shift $26.83 hourly with $1.50 Shift DifferentialSupport Quality through routine inspections, coaching, training, auditing and investigations where required.Key Areas of ResponsibilityCoach production associates to identify and resolve SOC's, drive Quality TagsBe well versed in all cleaning aspects of the equipment on the lineAssist in coordinating the team in proper cleaning activitiesBe able to understand and coach on CIPQuality Star-Point for the lineCollect daily swabs according to schedule from QASupport Hygienist with hygiene activitiesInspect and release the line and all equipment following sanitation activitiesAudit and coach GMP's, CCP, OPRPs, CPs, and HousekeepingAudit Electronic/Paperwork for the line to ensure compliance including SSOP documentationCreation and updating of Quality documentationProvide direction for quality issues during production (example: QR reader stops line. QA must investigate and determine if line can restart)Participate in Sensory Panel, Quality Meetings, etc.Other duties as assignedSkills / QualificationsManufacturing experience preferredSanitation Expertise preferredCommunicate with other associates to assure teamworkMechanical aptitude a plusAbility to comprehend and follow simple instructions (Written or oral)Detect and understand warning lights, buzzers, alarms or instruments indicating hazardous conditions or circumstances, which may cause equipment or product loss and physical harmHighly knowledgeable in good manufacturing practices (GMPs)Highly knowledgeable in safety rules and proceduresMust be able to work at least 40 hours per week on an assigned shift with some overtimeRequirements and Minimum Education LevelHigh school diploma or GEDBasic Computer Skills with Microsoft Word and ExcelIt is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.To our veterans and separated service members you're at the forefront of our minds as we recruit top talent to join Nestlé.
