Summary:

At Payvantage, our Customer Service Associates are the voice of ourbrand and a key part of delivering exceptional client experiences. Inthis role, you'll support customers through phone, email, and livechat while providing clear, helpful solutions in a fast-paced,team-focused environment. You'll build strong relationships, resolvequestions with confidence, and help customers get the most value fromour products and services. We're looking for someone who isprofessional, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helpingpeople-someone who thrives on communication, problem-solving, andmaking a positive impact every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customerinquiries by telephone, or email / Help Chat
  • Conduct outbound communications to existing customersusingtelephone, email, and Chat
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization'sproducts,services, and customer service policies
  • Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties
  • Explain simply and clearly in response to customerquestionsand check for customer understanding and acceptance
  • Recommend new products or services or makesuggestions forimprovements by identifying relevant features and benefits
  • Assist clients by demonstrating the use of goods andprogramsand answering any questions they may have
  • Participate in training opportunities provided by theorganization or by outside entities
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with customers byusingpositive language and anticipating their needs

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of previous customer serviceexperience aplus
  • Friendly and welcoming manner withclients and othermembers of the customer service team
  • Extensive knowledge of the company'spolicies,procedures, goods and services
  • Familiarity with customer-relationshipmanagement(CRM) software programs
  • Ability to explain complex concepts ina clear, simple manner to customers
  • Strong command of written and verbal English
  • Ability to maintain a calm and politemanner instressful situations
  • Willingness to cooperate with customersandmanagement to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Office and database software skills.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task andmanage timeeffectively.
  • Ability to work independently or in ateam settingbased on business needs
  • Detail orientated
