This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, organized, and ready to grow with a company focused on innovation in consumer finance. The position is responsible for reviewing incoming customer applications, verifying that all required documents are complete, and ensuring deals are compliant before finalization.Key ResponsibilitiesReview new customer applications for accuracy and completenessVerify supporting documents (ID, income, etc.) are uploaded correctlyIdentify missing or incorrect information and communicate with internal team to resolveEnsure all deals meet compliance and documentation standards before approvalMaintain accurate records in our CRM and underwriting systemsCollaborate with customer service and sales support teams to ensure timely processingRequirementsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable working in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environmentExperience in banking, loan processing, customer applications, or related fields is a plusBasic computer proficiency and familiarity with document management systemsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyStart earning $14.00–$17.00 per hour, plus the opportunity to earn monthly performance bonuses on top of your base pay.
