Executive Administrative Assistant (Jonesboro, AR)

You'll work directly with the Owner/CEO as the operational backbone of the business, keeping systems running smoothly and protecting the agent's time so the business can operate efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, travel, and expense reports with strong follow-through.
• Organize and track day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Anticipate needs and solve problems before they become issues.
• Take ownership and follow through without constant supervision.

$32,000 - $40,000 yearly

• Manage the agent's calendar, appointments, and scheduling (showings, inspections, closings)
• Keep the CRM (Follow Up Boss) organized and up to date, so nothing falls through the cracks
• Track transactions from contract to close, making sure deadlines and documents are completed on time
• Organize and maintain files and systems so everything is complete, accurate, and easy to find
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Anticipate needs and follow through without constant supervision
• Solve problems independently when possible, and escalate when needed

• Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
• At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties
• High school diploma or G.E.D. required
• Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
