The Grants Manager is responsible for managing the administration of designated grant, contract, and/or special programs. The Grants Coordinator is responsible for planning and reviewing the implementation of grants and monitoring financial and operational status of awards. This position is governed by state and federal laws and institution policy. Duties & Responsibilities: Prepares financial reports and invoices on assigned restricted funds. Provides financial oversight and guidance to ensure compliance with federal and state regulation. Analyzes new grant and contract agreements for reporting information and restrictions. Monitors all expenditures made to assigned restricted funds to ensure compliance with federal and state regulation as well as institutional policy. Monitor cost sharing commitments. Conducts award closeout procedures in a timely manner.
