Arkansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) invites applications for an Academic Year Coordinator. This is a 12-month, full-time staff position that operates within the CVMs Office of Clinical Programs. The Academic Year Coordinator provides administrative, curricular, and scheduling support for all fourth-year DVM rotations and student-related activities. Duties & Responsibilities: Serve as primary coordinator for the fourth-year DVM student curriculum, including the creation and management of clinical rotation schedules in collaboration with lead veterinarians, the Director of Clinical Programs, and the Associate Dean for Clinical Programs. Serve as primary administrator for the scheduling software and learning management system (LMS) Canvas for fourth year students, including assisting students with account creation, canvas submissions, and liaising with IT as needed.
