Old Dominion - - Responsibilities: Load and unload freight on trailers using a motorized forklift, pallet jack or manually; Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies (e.g. pallets, straps, rope); Read and interpret shipping labels and forms such as shipping orders, manifests, freight bills, and exception forms; Utilize dock yard management system to monitor freight shipment locations throughout the service center; Ensure the quality loading of all trailers and comply with DOT guidelines
