We are looking to hire an experienced Manager of Project Management with a background in material handling, conveyor systems, or similar technical equipment manufacturing. The Manager of Project Management is responsible for leading a team of Field Service Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of service projects. This role emphasizes the documentation and maintenance of all processes related to the Project Management Office (PMO) for Service and the prioritization of project workloads based on team availability and expertise. This individual must be able to prioritize and manage project changes, while making sure the team's project schedules are met. This person must possess effective verbal and written communication skills, exceptional time management, negotiation skills, be detail orientated and have a strong technical aptitude to assist overseeing projects from cradle-to-grave. The ideal candidate needs to be a responsible and self-motivated problem solver with a "can do" attitude to meet project milestones, have a passion for learning and leading a team of other project managers.
