📍 Location: Jonesboro, AR | On-Site Apartment Included

Are you a licensed law enforcement officer seeking a meaningful, part-time opportunity to serve your local community? We are looking for a Courtesy Officer to join our apartment communities in Jonesboro, AR, to help ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our residents.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Patrol the property grounds, common buildings, and amenities (including clubhouse, pool, and playground) at least twice per night between 8:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., seven nights a week

• Monitor for suspicious activity and immediately report concerns to local law enforcement and the Community Director

• Provide extra patrol during holidays like Fourth of July and New Year's Eve, or as directed by management

• Identify and report any issues related to lighting or security to the Community Director

• Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies to ensure awareness of your role and presence on the property

• Submit a weekly written log of all activities and observations to the Community Director

• Ensure that no physical intervention (citizen's arrest) is attempted unless absolutely necessary to protect someone from immediate danger

✅ Qualifications

• Must be a licensed law enforcement officer in the same city or municipality as the property

• Completion of police academy or equivalent law enforcement training

• On-site residency required; apartment is provided as part of the role
