SALARY: $20.75 per hour Avg. Annual Earnings > $62,000 with Overtime. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the regular rate, and Sunday Premium is double time. Night shift differential is $0.20 per hour.
SHIFT: Must be available for 8-12 hour rotating shifts which may include day, night, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Exceptional performance can lead to a permanent full-time position.

ROLE SUMMARY: As a Rice Mill Trainee, you will operate and maintain rice milling equipment, ensuring efficient production while meeting quality and production targets.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and plant regulations rigorously.
Demonstrate a high standard of personal and team performance; work independently with a strong work ethic.
Communicate effectively with team members and management through various channels, including daily meetings and logs.
Utilize PC skills (MS Office, Excel, Word, Email, SAP, Wonderware) to monitor and control operations.
Engage in the facility's improvement programs and participate actively in safety and development initiatives.
Perform sanitation tasks using compressed air as needed.
Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on process equipment.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED is required.
Previous experience in production, rice milling, or food processing is recommended.
Strong commitment to achieving company goals in safety, quality, and productivity.
Effective communication skills for sharing knowledge and updates with the team.
Excellent PC literacy, particularly in MS Office, Excel, Word, Email, SAP, and Wonderware.
Ability to use HMI for monitoring and controlling operations.
Must meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in dusty environments with the appropriate PPE.
Understand process equipment, troubleshooting, and basic mechanical repairs.
