We are hiring a Hospital Call Center Clerk and have multiple shift times available to meet your work-life balance needs. Shift Details:

• Pay: $13.50 per hour
• 6 AM - 2:30 PM | 7 AM - 11 AM + 3 PM - 7 PM | Every other weekend morning (11 AM - 7:30 PM)
• Temp-to-hire

What You'll Be Doing:

• Take incoming meal orders via phone from hospital patients
• Use computer systems to verify dietary restrictions and approved meal selections
• Navigate HIPAA-sensitive data while cross-checking information with nursing systems
• Accurately input orders and maintain records
• Provide warm, professional phone support at all times

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of experience preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems
• Respectful handling of patient information (HIPAA compliance)
• Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent attendance - reliability is a must!
