Baldwin & Shell Construction Company is currently looking for a Construction Management Intern Summer 2026 who will thrive in our company. During our 10-week internship, we will provide you with training and experience working on active construction projects that will help translate your classroom knowledge into real world skills. We strive to expose our Interns to several phases of construction management by giving them the opportunity to support various projects and teams within the company. Responsibilities: Apply the knowledge you have acquired in the classroom setting to active commercial construction projects. Project Management: Provide support to Project Engineers and Project Managers. Assist with setting up projects in Procore. Review submittals, import estimates and set up subcontracts. Assist with request for information (RFI), change orders, scheduling, specifications, and monthly projections.
