Job Details

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make sure all the equipment in the lab is used according to the rules and conditions of the college.
• Making sure students are not saving any excess data on the computers (includes personal work or assignments)
• Making sure all students are carrying a storage device or have access to a cloud storage device so that they do not save any files on the campus computers.
• Taking count of all the equipment in the lab and making sure none of the equipment are missing/damaged.
• Making sure that the students using the lab are only DTD students / students taking a DTD class that require the systems / instructed by an ART Design Faculty to use resources in the lab.
• Maintaining a Sign-in sheet(log) for the students to keep track of the lab in case of damage or loss of equipment. This sheet should consist of the student's name, ID number and Time in and out.
