Invoice completed Rail Cars. Update, analyze and audit data in production tracking systems. Create folders for inbound railcars and submit Bills of Lading for outbound railcars. Obtain customer approvals. Other duties as assigned Qualifications High School diploma with 4 years of related experience. Must be highly proficient with MS Office Professional Suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities. Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Possesses excellent grammar, verbal and written communication skills.
