Job Title: Extrusion Grinder - A Shift (12-Hour Day Shift)
Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Every Other Wednesday | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Grinding Room Operator to join our team on A Shift. This position plays a key role in recycling plastic materials for reuse in our manufacturing process. Responsibilities include grinding plastic parts, cleaning equipment and work areas, baling cardboard, and supporting plant cleanliness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grind plastic parts into regrind flake for reuse in production.
• Ensure ground material is free of contaminants.
• Clean grinders during changeovers and maintain assigned areas.
• Bale cardboard and dispose of plant scrap in the compactor.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; Career Readiness Certificate preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Must be detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Loud manufacturing environment; hearing protection required.
• Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and lifting.
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts and high heat.
