The Computer Support Specialist is responsible for a wide range of activities related to computer support, including the implementation, maintenance, and utilization of microcomputer and mainframe systems. A responsibility of this role is to serve as a liaison for Microsoft Intune deployment and management from the hardware services side, ensuring close coordination with the Systems and Security teams as part of the universitys endpoint management strategy. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.
