Schedule: 7am - 4pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: $18 + per hour (Based on experience)

Essential Tasks:
The role involves preparing, verifying, and processing documentation for international shipments while coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure timely delivery. The position requires proactive communication of shipping schedules and delays, strict compliance with international regulations, and close collaboration with Accounts Payable to align invoices and shipping documents. Maintaining accurate records, resolving shipment issues, and delivering exceptional customer service are key responsibilities, along with contributing to continuous improvement of shipping processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in international shipping, logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation a plus.
