Job Details

Education College degree preferred and/or 2 plus years experience in Patient Access or Revenue Cycle Operations. Will obtain CHAA certification within 1 year. Experience Two years of Patient Access experience. Demonstrated proficient knowledge of all Patient Access functions. Knowledge of all payer specific guidelines including eligibility, medical necessity, and pre authorization. Demonstrated ability to lead staff and manage processes. Must demonstrate a strength in implementing process improvement initiatives. Proficient in data manipulation, spreadsheet and database applications. Must have meticulous follow up skills. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to act independently. Physical This is a safety sensitive position.
