Coatings Lead - 1st Shift
$27-29 / hour

The Coatings Lead will need to be able to do the following:

• Prepare painting area
• Prepare/mix paint
• Apply primer, exterior coat and interior coatings
• Comprehensive knowledge of all interior coatings and applications
• Advanced at spray and hand-held application of interior coatings
• Extensive knowledge of sealing/baking final interior coatings
• Repairs Spray equipment
• Train lower levels
• Leads team by assigning tasks
• Assists in completion of all tasks to meet deadlines
• Maintains and Improves Quality

• 4-6+ years experience with hand-held spraying
