Airgas, a leading supplier of industrial, medical, and specialty gases, and related products and services, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of CNC plasma and arc welding robotic systems, specifically those utilizing Hypertherm cutting systems and robotic arms from OTC and Yaskawa. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical/mechanical systems. In particular, you will: Install, configure, and program CNC plasma cutting equipment and arc welding robotic systems. Collaborates with Account Managers to promote and sell preventative maintenance and service contracts. Develops estimates, quotes, and proposals for service and preventative maintenance.
