Overview

Join our team in Maintenance Controls, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our conveyor manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting and programming equipment, performing electrical work, and maintaining manufacturing machinery. This position involves providing specialized plant and machinery support on 3rd shift and involves frequent and variable lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying of up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot/Program CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) equipment and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)
• Perform electrical work including high voltage
• Perform general maintenance of manufacturing equipment
• Responsible for general maintenance of building and grounds
• Install new equipment and technology

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting, programming, and performing electrical work in a manufacturing environment
• Electrical and HVAC licenses
• Ability to work with mechanical systems and understanding of manufacturing processes
• Capability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in relevant software and diagnostic tools

Education

High School Diploma or GED required
