Desktop Support Technician
Manage the install, maintenance, and upgrade of pc hardware and software. Share your expertise in support of servers, networking, and phone equipment at the facility and support Level I- III service desk. Strong communication skills are required for working with end users onsite and remotely. This position is on-site in Jonesboro, AR. You must be local.
